Today, I thought of sharing the code I used. Its not much, but it might help you get the idea of what I am doing and how I did it. It would help you understand the basics of POI, such as formatting cell, auto-adjusting of table columns and even the overall idea of how I automated the process, only if you are not that familiar with it :)
